## Overview

Rekordall is an external memory for everyday life. The app records audio continuously, sorts the recording afterwards and keeps what you may want to find later: speech becomes transcribed memories, music is kept as audio, and silence and noise are cleared away.

## Features

- **Segmented recording**: Audio is saved continuously in short segments, so an interruption costs at most the latest segment.
- **Sorting on the phone**: Speech goes on to transcription, music is kept as audio, and silence and noise are cleared away.
- **On-device transcription**: Speech can be transcribed locally with KB-Whisper.
- **Day view**: The day's memories on a timeline, with a calendar and filters for speech, conversations and music.
- **Search your memory**: Text search and semantic search with a local language model. Searches can be saved.
- **Export**: The memory can be exported locally.
- **Recording schedule**: Record all the time, only at certain times or except at certain times, with exceptions for single dates.
